Eileen brings extensive experience and knowledge of organization and management to her work with clients and the founders of the firm. She supports clients in the pursuit of their financial goals and oversees the business systems and software related to reporting, customer relationship management (CRM), and processes that increase efficiency and maximize client service.
Her background includes entrepreneurship, founding and serving as COO of a socially responsible natural foods company that supplied Whole Foods and other national and independent natural food retailers. She has experience with manufacturing, organizational development, sales and marketing, human resources, management expertise, and work in the field of public education.
She currently serves on the board of Motherwoman, a non-profit focused on empowering women and families, and is acting co-chair of their Policy & Advocacy committee.
She received her M.S. in Organization and Management from Antioch University New England Graduate School and her B.A. in Psychology from State University of New York at Buffalo.
