Eileen brings extensive expe­rience and knowledge of orga­ni­zation and man­agement to her work with clients and the founders of the firm. She supports clients in the pursuit of their financial goals and oversees the business systems and software related to reporting, customer rela­tionship man­agement (CRM), and processes that increase effi­ciency and maximize client service.

Her back­ground includes entre­pre­neurship, founding and serving as COO of a socially respon­sible natural foods company that supplied Whole Foods and other national and inde­pendent natural food retailers. She has expe­rience with man­u­fac­turing, orga­ni­za­tional devel­opment, sales and marketing, human resources, man­agement expertise, and work in the field of public education.

She currently serves on the board of Motherwoman, a non-profit focused on empow­ering women and families, and is acting co-chair of their Policy & Advocacy committee.

She received her M.S. in Organization and Management from Antioch University New England Graduate School and her B.A. in Psychology from State University of New York at Buffalo.
