Denise Winchar is a Managing Director and a Managing Member of Keel Asset Management LLC.  Ms. Winchar has over 25 years of finance and investment management expertise, which encompasses roles in strategic and organizational planning, leadership, institutional sales, marketing and servicing management.  Prior to joining Keel Asset Management, Ms. Winchar co-founded and served as President of Belvedere Partnership, a strategic consulting firm that worked with institutional and HNW managers on issues related to organizational strategy, distribution strategy and firm growth. Before forming Belvedere, she served as President of Phoenix Institutional Markets Group (now Virtus Investment Partners), a Manager-of- Manager institutional platform of owned and affiliated institutional and HNW managers. Previously, Ms. Winchar also held positions as Managing Director of Institutional Sales and Marketing at Wells Capital Management, Vice President of Institutional Sales and Marketing at Scudder Stevens & Clark, Inc. (now Deutsche Bank); and Global Institutional Sales Manager at FBS Capital Markets, (now US Bancorp).  Ms. Winchar received BA degrees with Honors in Political Science and Sociology from De Paul University, where she also pursued graduate studies toward an MBA degree.  She has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Mark Watson is CEO and Founder of Keel Asset Management LLC

Mr. Watson was recently a Board Member of the Social Venture Network, a leader membership organization of more than 600 mission oriented social enterprises where he often serves as a financial advisor to member organizations. He has served as a Board Member and Chair of the micro finance committee of the Cape Development Partnership; a Cape Cod based economic development community lending and affordable housing nonprofit.  Mark is also Chair of the Asset Management Committee of the Triskeles Foundation, which manages donor advised funds and third party asset pools with dedicated social investment mandates.  Most recently Mr. Watson has joined the investment Board of the Fair Food Network Fund, which makes program related investments in food system enterprises on behalf of institutions and Boston Impact Initiative which makes investments using a social and economic  justice prism.  Previously, Mr. Watson served as President and Senior Portfolio Manager of The Kenwood Group, Inc. a Chicago based institutional investment advisor, Managing Director of Equinox Capital Management, LLC in New York City, and Vice President, US Portfolio Manager/Analyst at Chicago based PPM America, the North American subsidiary of London based Prudential, PLC.  Mr. Watson began his career at the First National Bank of Chicago (now a part of J.P. Morgan Chase and Co.) as a lender in both corporate and public finance. A native of Chicago, Mr. Watson holds a MBA '92 with a concentration in finance from the University of Chicago. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign in 1985 with a B.S. of Finance.   He is member of US/SIF; an Overseer of the Museum of Fine Arts-Boston and Chair of The Highlands Center in Truro, MA.
